  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbs milk
  • 2 tbs shredded cheese
  • pink salt to taste
  • garlic and onion powder to taste
  • olive oil

Method
 

  1. Spray mug or microwave egg cooker with olive oil
  2. Spray mug or microwave egg cooker with olive oil.
  3. Add all ingredients to the mug.
  4. Whisk until combined.
  5. Cook egg in microwave on HIGH until it has reached your desired consistency.
  6. Plate and enjoy!
