Cinnamon Roll Pancake Recipe
This recipe uses Cinnamon Roll Oat Creamer to add the sweetness & flavor of cinnamon rolls in a healthier way.
Equipment
- 1 Electric Mixer
- 1 Medium sized bowl
- 1 Bowl Scraper
- 2 Measuring Cup Sets One set for dry ingredients & one for wet. Use respective spoons/cups as needed and pack away the others that are not necessary to save on cleanup 🙂
- 1 Frying pan
- 1 Spatula
Ingredients
- 2 c All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbs baking powder
- 2 1/2 c pink salt
- 2 egg I like use XL/Jumbo but not necessary
- 2 1/2 tbs olive oil
Instructions
- Add all dry ingredients to the bowl and stir until combined paying close attention to make sure the baking powder is fully distributed.
- Add wet ingredients.
- Beat with mixer on low until combined.
- Scrape edges of bowl & mix.
- Cook mix in circles on low-medium heat.

- Customize the size of your pancakes as desired
- I like to cook the whole batch and freeze extras for easy meals later
