Cinnamon Roll Pancake Recipe
This recipe uses Cinnamon Roll Oat Creamer to add the sweetness & flavor of cinnamon rolls in a healthier way.

- 2 c All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbs baking powder
- 2 1/2 c pink salt
- 2 egg I like use XL/Jumbo but not necessary
- 2 1/2 tbs olive oil
Add all dry ingredients to the bowl and stir until combined paying close attention to make sure the baking powder is fully distributed.
Add wet ingredients.
Beat with mixer on low until combined.
Scrape edges of bowl & mix.
Cook mix in circles on low-medium heat.
