Ingredients

3 cups Fresh Pineapple cut into chunks
2 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Pineapple Juice can sub orange juice
1/4 cup Honey optional, sub for other healthy sweetener if preferred

Equipment

1 Popsicle Mold Set Or 6 single molds
1 Blender Smoothie makers work as well
Various measuring spoons

Method

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. If too clumpy, thin with milk or more juice.
Pour into popsicle molds and put in the freezer without the stick(s)
Stick in stick after about 2 hours and continue to freeze in the freezer
Leave in freezer for 6 or more additional hours or until frozen solid
Enjoy!

Notes

To remove popsicles from mold, place molds in warm water. You can also run warm water over the mold until the popsicle releases.
