Maple Whole Wheat Bread Machine Recipe
This is a bread machine recipe. It is a whole wheat bread using maple syrup to give it a unique, light sweetness.
Equipment
- Bread Machine Read your bread machine instructions or order of ingredients
- Measuring spoons
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk, warm should NOT be boiling
- 1/2 cup water, warm DO NOT BOIL!
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup maple syrup Organic is best; better flavor too
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Whole-wheat flour
- 1 tbs yeast I use regular yeast
Instructions
- Add ingredients in according to your bread machine instructions
- Set your machine according to your bread machine specifications
