  • 1/2 cup milk, warm should NOT be boiling
  • 1/2 cup water, warm DO NOT BOIL!
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup Organic is best; better flavor too
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tbs yeast I use regular yeast

  • Measuring spoons
