Mama's Thick Bermudian Pancakes | Family Heirloom Recipe
This recipe was passed down from my grandmother to my mother, in Bermuda, & now me! I am documenting it so that my offspring can forever keep this heirloom & share it with others.
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 egg optional
- Evaporated Milk Know in Bermuda as cream
- medium mixing bowl
- medium frying pan
- Olive oil or preference For frying, NOT for mix
**DO NOT ADD EGGS!!** - eggs make them flat!
***DO NOT ADD OIL!!***
