The Best Blueberry Muffins
These blueberry muffins are sure to be a crowd pleaser. They don't last til the next day in my household. Create with caution! LOL! :)

Electric Mixer
I prefer one that is 6-speed
2 Measuring cup set
One for wet ingredients & one for dry ingredients
Ingredients
1/2
cup
butter, salted
softened
1 1/4
cup
sugar
2
eggs
1
tsp
vanilla
1
tsp
cinnamon
optional
1/2
tsp
salt
2
tsp
baking powder
2
cups
all-purpose flour
1/2
cup
whole milk
2 1/2
cups
blueberries
fresh or frozen, wash, drain & remove stems
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar
Add eggs one at a time. Beat after each addition on low only until the egg yolk disappears
Add vanilla and mix
Mix flour, salt & baking powder in separate bowl
Add half to mixture and mix
Add half the milk and mix
Add the rest of the flour mixture and mix
Add the rest of the milk and mix well
Fold in blueberries. You can mix with the mixer just be aware that some of the blueberries will be mashed in the mix.
